I had a tool to build attractive itinerary proposals for my clients but they kept hiking the price up and adding features I didn't need. Plus there were plenty of features that I wanted but weren't available.
So I built one studio that carries a trip from a rough plan to a client-ready proposal, optimized for the Israeli market.
Lays out itineraries day by day, drag and drop
Backs it with a reusable content library of places and experiences
Grows the library with every new experience added, speeding up future trips
Gives the guide on the ground everything in one app
Turns the itinerary into a polished client proposal
The pricing engine
The pricing engine turns costs in one currency into a clean, client-facing quote in another. It takes into account currency exchange risk (very topical in Israel right now). Saves a lot of time fiddling with complicated excel spreadsheets.
Built for my own trips first, and now other guides are running theirs through it too.
A working product with guides using it day to day. Happy to walk you through it live.
