My Israeli Guide was a successful tour business with a website from 2012. The design was dated, it wasn't built for search (especially AI agents), and it was slow.
So I rebuilt the site around two goals: get found, and make booking the obvious next step.
Deep-dived the keywords and best practices for getting found in search
Made it fast and easy for search engines and AI assistants to read
Built a clear path from landing to making a booking enquiry
Kept it growing with automated content and monitoring after launch
An AI-driven content machine
To keep growing, I indexed 14 years of notes, recordings, photo and video. Then I built a machine that continually proposes and writes SEO-optimised articles, in my voice. It draws on keyword research and live analytics to decide what to write next.
Those numbers come straight from Google's own reporting. Being findable changed the business. The booking funnel has never been busier.
It's live at myisraeliguide.com, so you can check it out for yourself.
