The problem

Every day I'm get sent new Israeli music releases for my podcast. When it come to importing them into my library, it's a disaster. The tags are all over the place, in different languages, with different transliterations into English.

I had to reformat everything to fit my library's conventions. It would take me up to an hour a month.

The approach

So the tool reads the folder, fixes the tags to one convention, and gets smarter with every artist.

01

Point it at a folder, it scans every file automatically

02

Transliterates Hebrew names into clean, consistent English

03

Formats multi-artist tracks the same way every time

04

Review before and after side by side, fix what you'd change

05

Remembers every artist learned, never re-runs the AI on it

The part I love

It learns as it goes

The first time it sees an artist, it works out the name: transliterated, standardised, formatted to convention. After that, it remembers. The next file from that artist skips the AI call and just applies what it learned.

The library gets more consistent and cheaper to maintain the longer I use it.

The outcome
1 hour
saved every month
5 shows
supported and counting
100s
of artists learned so far

With 1 hour back every month, I have more time to focus on things that matter.
