Every appointment was a struggle to reconstruct what happened, in which language, from which clinic. They had all the info. It was just scattered, and impossible to track.

Health OS scans my client's calendar, works out the appointment type, then reads what matters. It writes a two-part briefing: plain language with questions for my client, professional terms for the doctor.
If it can't tell what the appointment's for, it emails to ask, so it always prepares the right information.
