Our household's money lives between the UK and Israel. The statements come in two languages, five currencies and half a dozen formats.
There was no single number for "how are we doing". Apps existed to manage finances in one country, but not across borders.
So I built the one place all of it goes, to finally take control of the household finances.
Secure connections to every bank account and credit card
Each foreign transaction converted to shekels at that day's real rate
One dashboard for spending, cash flow, budgets, investments, net worth and projects
An AI copilot that answers "where did it go?", explains spikes and flags anything odd
Live updates of financial data
I first built it around uploading bank and card statements, but that quickly got cumbersome. So I built secure connections to the live data instead. It was pretty challenging, It took some creative solutions, and it's saved me hours since.
For the first time there's one number for how we're doing, with a plain-language story behind it. Money conversations at home start from the same page now. Literally.
Most of my tools are personal, with no public URL. I'm happy to walk you through Green Finance live. Just ask.
