For someone sitting on an Israeli non-profit's board (an amuta), carrying personal liability for the paperwork. But reports arrive in dense Hebrew accounting language. He's an English speaker, signing off on unread risk.
So I built him a reviewer that reads like a senior auditor, then hands him what he needs before the review meeting.
Checks reports against the non-profit's "Proper Management" status
Cross-checks the verbal report against what the numbers show
Flags solvency issues and vague or unexplained figures
Returns a risk flag, hard questions to ask, and actions to take
Risk, questions, and actions, not just a translation
It would've been easy to build a tool that just checks facts against claims. Instead it goes further. Every review ends with a risk read, pointed questions for the CEO or auditor, and actions to cut it.
It turns a document he couldn't read into a plan he can act on.
He walked into that meeting having actually read his own board pack for the first time. People noticed. It was the first time he'd engaged like that in the room.
This one's private and built around a real person's real reports, so there's no public demo. Happy to walk through how it works.
